  • If you have already registered, log in to our system. If you are using our service for the first time, just use the form on the main page to create your user account.
  • Select the content language and desired turnaround time, then select or drag and drop the files that you want us to proofread or edit.
  • Our system will automatically calculate the number of words contained in the document, and you will be provided with the total rate for the service.
  • To complete your order, kindly effect payment by means of PayPal or credit card.
  • Once payment is successfully completed, your order will be placed into our queue, where it will be processed within your chosen turnaround time.
  • After your order is completed, you will receive an email notification and you may download the edited files from your account page.

If you upload a file and the system states the document has 0 words, this means that this type of file is unsupported and we will not be able to proofread/edit it unless you convert it to a supported file format.

Please ensure your files are not zipped, compressed or password protected. We will not accept any compressed files (such as .zip, .rar etc).

I uploaded the wrong document. How can I replace it with the right one?

You can contact us by email at [email_orders] or via the contact form in your Account -> Support tab. Please include the ORDER ID and the name of the document which you want to replace.

Keep in mind that if we have already started processing the document, we will not be able to replace it.

If I am not satisfied with your service, can I request a revision for my order?

If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may request a revision of your order within 10 days after the order was delivered.

To request a revision please log in to your account and click on Support -> Contact Form. In the contact form, please include your ORDER ID and your feedback and details about what happened and how we can improve your document.

What is your refund policy?

How do I request a refund?

How long before I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued within 2-3 business days after we receive and verify your refund request. Depending on your bank, however, it can take up to 2 weeks until the money becomes available on your credit card.
